Minimum 8 hours
Shorter bookings are charged at the 8-hour rate — the car and driver are held for you regardless.
No split hours
A package runs continuously. Hours can't be used in the afternoon and again at night, and unused hours don't carry forward.
Package is fixed once confirmed
If the job finishes early the rate stays the same, because the car and driver were allocated for that duration.
Overtime
RM70–RM120 per hour depending on the vehicle. Airport transfers are RM75 per extra 30 minutes.
Peak season
A RM100 per day surcharge applies during super-peak periods.
Timing & payment
Hours run from hotel or airport pick-up to drop-off, rounded to the nearest 30 minutes. Payment is cash.
